Using Pickfolio

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to give accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Not a sportsbook

Pickfolio is a place to publish and track predictions. We don’t take bets, hold wagers, or pay out on outcomes. Odds and market prices come from third parties, are shown for reference, and may be delayed or wrong.

Not advice

Picks, scores, and analysis on Pickfolio, including from paid creators and AI features, are opinions. They aren’t financial, investment, or betting advice. Any decision you make with them is your own.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to display, store, and grade it on Pickfolio. Locked picks can’t be edited or removed. That’s what keeps every record honest.

Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or misleading, and don’t impersonate others or manipulate records. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Subscriptions and creators

Subscriptions to creators are billed through Stripe and renew until you cancel. Pickfolio keeps a 15% platform fee and the rest goes to the creator. Creators are responsible for their own taxes and for what they sell.

Liability

Pickfolio is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses resulting from using the service or relying on anything posted on it.

Changes
